Equipment
"A man is only as good as his tools..."
The only equipment that you will need is the kind of standard equipment that you can find at any gym: squat
rack, bench press station, preacher curl station, etc... If you are serious about changing your physique, I would reccomend
that you join a gym. Even the worst gyms today are better than the best gyms were 30 years ago.
A typical
gym will have far more than just the basics, and these other pieces of equipment can help when you want to change up your
routine. A Hammer Strength Chest Press machine, for example, can substitute for the bench press on Push day.
If there is no gym in your town, or if you do not want to join a gym for whatever reason, it is possible to do this system
with as little as a power rack, a barbell, two dumbells, and some free weights.
