Hello, and welcome to natural strength and size.com!

My name is Ryan, and I am a natural fitness enthusiast.  Over the course of the last 5 years I have pursued a weight training and nutrition program that has allowed me to bulk up to 280lbs with a bodyfat percentage in the teens WITHOUT the use of steroids or pro-hormones.  With all the misinformation on the internet concerning training and nutrition, as well as all the pro-steroid sites on the web, I thought that I would share the system that has worked so well for me.

I have read countless books on exercise, everything from Body-for-Life, to Hardcore Bodybuilding books, to sports-specific exercise books.  They would all have you believe that their program is, in some way, special.  That it can do things that the other programs cannot do.  Actually, these different books employ very similar exercise and diet reccomendations, the same old tried and true system that athelets have been using for decades.  

I, however, am NOT selling anything!  Every bit of the training and nutrition program that works for me is detailed on this site.  It is the training that you find in those books, without having to shell out $20 for some glossy pictures of a model doing pushups.  I am quite sure that if you follow this program you will see natural gains in strength and muscular size of your own!
